All I can say is the last run was great!! I was second to last in line. Now i wont mention names as to who was up front but I will say that they were my type of drivers, they choose some nice twisty roads and shall we say had a heavy foot!!

Ok since it looks like we will have a number of cars and we are a week away lets get a count here so we know who we are waiting for.
meet point is Rockaway Mall off of Rte 80 in Rockaway NJ in the parking Lot by Sears, Meet time will be 8 AM, and we will leave by 830 as it is about an hour run out to PA and that leaves us a little flex time. Radio channel will be 7.

Just a little update info:
Because NEMINI is down, Robyn Resch has been posting about this run over on Facebook. I just posted to her blog indicating that about 11 of us are meeting up at Rt 80 and put a link to the Mapquest map showing the location. Also indicated that we were leaving at 8:30 SHARP if anyone else in the area was interested in joining up with us for the run out to her starting point. Also mentioned that we would be monitoring channel 7 on our FRS radios.
Just a little update info:

Well only from the response that she has had on facebook which at the present time appears to be 13 confirmed and about 13 possible. It's hard to say if some of these may be the ones who are meeting up with us for the run from Rockaway out to the meeting point.

I may be wrong about this, but I think that you have to have a facebook acct and then you must click on the button on her page indicating that you are either coming or "possibly" may be coming. If you are logged in when you do this "it" knows who you are and adds you to the appropriate list.

I've been keeping an ear tuned in to the NOAA weather predictions for this coming Saturday and so far they are saying nothing about rain on Saturday for the central inlands of New Jersey. Temperature should be in the upper 60's and the sky will be mostly clear with some patchy clouds. Clouds increasing towards the later evening hours and rain is forcast for Sunday.
So far it is looking good!

On another note, i am actually thinking of going down to North Carolina to drive the Dragon, and do some Photography the end of the month for 3 days, the fall colors should be in full view down there at that time. Going to leave on Thursday the 29th and come back Sunday Nov 1st, have to see if I can get anyone else to go as i know it is short notice for most.
