This event is sponsered by the Carolina Austin Healey Club. One of our M2C2 members, George H. is also a member of the Healey club. The car show will be held at the Catawba College campus in Salisbury, NC just off I85. This is a great location with lots of shade and easy to get to.

This car show would be a great time for us to show off our MINIs and support one of our own club members.

Dave, I hope you can make it.

We are good to go on this Car Show. It is an all British Car Show and we have are own class (MM2). One of our M2C2 members that has a Healey and a new MINI has invited us.

 

Cool...

I would like to have the opportunity to meet some Healey owners...I am lusting after a "bugeye" right now. Count me in...did not want to overstay "our" welcome!

This sounds like fun and I might be up for it. But don't put me on the list yet. I'm still looking at my schedule.

However, I also want to make sure everyone sees the information about our club being invited to Mayfest on 5/6, which is put on by the British Car Club of Western NC. I think it's great for us to participate in such joint events and hope those supporting and participating in this current event will plan on attending the Mayfest event as well.

Good idea, will let you know. Went to Car Show in Wilmington NC Sunday and took 1st place in OTHER catagory. Had to go up against another mini a totoya celica, hummer, a MIGI replica car and a customized go cart.

 

Here the plan, meet at 485 and Rocky River Road exit at Bojangles between 7:00 -7:45. That way we can get a bit to eat before leaving. Will leave at 7:45-8:00. Any one else interested meet us there. Luke.

I'll be there, but not showing. Hope to meet some of the Charlotte chapter fellows there.

 

I was just wanting to check in to make sure that the club was going to be organized in one area of the show. What time is everyone planning on getting there? Do we want to meet in Salisbury and drive in as a club? Thanks.

pwjcw, depends where you are coming from. Were meeting 485 and rocky river rd exit at bojangles 7-745 and leaving about 8. Or just come up and meet us there. We are leaving a little early to help Mr Price of the healey club park the cars in the proper place. Luke
