NEXT! I'm giving up my spot for Saturday. I've been thinking about it and I think the spot should go to someone who has at least SOME modifications, which I really don't. In the spirit of showing the gearheads what you can really do with a MINI, I will happily relinquish my spot. Hope it's not too late to put someone else in...

 

Miniree dont give up your spot. Its not about modifications.... Its about showing the MiNi.

I on the other hand will give up my spot due to family issues. My mom went into the hospital on Thursday before Easter and was in there until this past Thursday. My dads bday was Wed the 26th and we were in Vegas. We were going to celebrate the Saturday before Easter but mom was in the hospital. Make a long story short we are celebrating my dads birthday this Saturday.

Tes we are under the Smith Tower and out of the way of rain, but if it does don't forget to bring a light jacket and the breeze can get quite chilly under the bleachers!

If MiniRee can't make it and nobody else wants her spot, I found someone to take care of Roscoe for the day, so I can enter my car. MiniRee, you should enter your car because David (Welsh Dragon) won last Saturday and he doesn't have any mods!

 

Besides its always fun to come to a club event you NEVER know what the SSF will be up to!

Hello to all MINI dinnermates! We have been asked to reduce the menu from the Speadway Club for our large party. It will help to ensure that we can all eat at the same time. Please see the attached copy of the menu and let me know what you think you might like to eat. We could have issues if we don't choose just a few as indicated below, I need a poll------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Attached is a copy of our dinner menu, I have your reservations for Saturday Evening April 5, 2008 at 6:30 for 20 people. Please look at the menu, and make your choices two appetizers, two salads and 3 or 4 Entrée’s, dessert for the evening will be Chef’s choice. Look forward to seeing you Saturday.

 

Please make sure that you open the attachment from my previous post. It is the dinner menu from the Speedway Club. We currently have 21 reserved spots and the Club wants to make sure that we are all happy and fed at the same time. We need to narrow down the menu for our large table.
