Bill and I will be there. The place is almost walking distance from our house but of course will drive Miss Kitty there.

 

Trace how about we meet you guys between 330-400 exit 96 which is hwy 18 and I 85. There is not much there but even if you just get on the ramp where we can see you. We will exit off and and then get back on. Also on your way down you will go thru EARL NC be on the lookout for original Mini's for sale in that town. There is a guy who sells them there. If ya see any let me know. If this is o.k. with you let me know and we will get r done! So all you do is just take 18 south out of Shelby til you come to I-85. Luke

Sounds good to me. I will figure out how to get to 18. GPS will get me there I am sure. I know where I85 is so thats a start.

Trace just depends on what side of Shelby you live. 18 Goes thru town and you can also pick up 180 by the Ford Dearlership and go south and it runs into 18. Full tank of gas and you don't need no GPS!

Hey Anna I posted last week and thought we could meet at Carolina Place Mall, Its near 85 and I think on the way for just about eveyone. Figure around 2:00 meet leave at 2:30. If anyone has other suggestions, I'm open.

Art, how about the office park off of Arrowood and I-77? The road is Southen Pines Blvd, Hampton Inn will be on the right and there is a large parking lot across from the Hampton Inn. Then it would be a right turn out of the office park and a right turn onto I-77, then 485 to head to 85 if that is the way we are going to travel.

Art, I got the idea for an office park from your reply. Checked Yahoo maps and English Country Tea Room, 6 E Lee Rd, Taylors, SC is approx 98 miles from the Hampton Inn. I think John had suggested a meet time of 2pm, leave by 2:30pm.

Directions to office park if heading I-77 South, it is exit 3, Arrowood, turn right off ramp from the outside right lane, immediately turn left at 1st light, Southern Pines Blvd, Hampton Inn is on the right meet at the office building on the left.

Directions to office park if heading I-77 North, it is exit 2, Arrowood, left turn off ramp from the inside left lane. Be careful going under the overpass, the first two lanes take you back on I-77, the lines are not clearly marked, turn left at 1st light, Southern Pines Blvd, Hampton Inn is on the right meet at the office building on the left.
