NAM screen names
Speedwing = Bob Fix ..... Because it reminded me of the MINI emblem. I am also a pilot (Commercial Glider, Pvt Single Engine and Multi-engine, Commercial Helicopter, Retired Helicopter Flight Instructor) and I fly R/C.
My favorite R/C plane is my Mini Speedwing EX. Now if it was only Purple???

Welcome Richard and Speedwing you need to give us your real name. ;-)
Can't wait to meet you guys, the MINI attracts a diverse and interesting group of characters and you two appear to be no exception!
Internet necessary disclaimer: Yes, of course I mean that in a good way!

We're getting quite the response here! This is good! I'm putting together a section in next month's newsletter about our club member's cars, so if you have a pic of your car that you would like me to use, please send it my way! We should have at least 1 whole page dedicated to club cars, so look for yours next month!

USHUE2 is Tim Shue. I have an '07 Cooper S Pepper White/Black with Rooster Red/Carbon Black interior. When I lived in VA, I worked at Hokie Honda in sales and several years ago we had some oriental customers in the dealership named Hsu (pronounced shoe) and they paged me over the intercomm system. The oriental guy looked at me and said "ushue2" and we all got a kick out of this. (You had to be there.) Anyway, that's my screen name.

Hey Tim...welcome to the club...send me a pic of your car if you'd like it in the club newsletter.
Welcome everybody, looking forward to meeting you all, (except Joe, been racing with him ;- ) ).
We'll have to have a Chili Red cook off at Hendrick's or one of the meets one time.
Mine is a little scattered right now, yellow, red, black, silver, white racing numbers so it'll just hang out by the punch bowl and watch Naren, Anna's and others in the dance off--wait, the taste off, well whatever, let's just get all these new MINIs together sometime!
Just had another idea, let's go watch Bob fly the SpeedWing some time! When I was in ATL, I'd go watch the guys fly their planes around, it's fun to watch, and sounds cool, too!
