Phantom Chili
Figured i'd start my cars thread here and get out of the 1st gear thread. Some information you may have seen in my introduction thread but if not, ill keep it chronological. Let's start with the name. The CCI Phantom VSC is my favorite paintball marker in which i played tournament with many years ago (long long time ago). Had it in anodized red, so Phantom Chili fits the bill. This is my first mini. Already one of my favorite vehicles ever and ive had them all from rice, to muscle, to euro, super sport bikes, supermotos, etc.
Current Specs:
11' MCS
6-Speed Manual
85k Miles
Chili Red - Checkered Slick Roof
2nd Cat & Res Delete
Air Diverter Valve mod with the BOV spacer thingy
Oil Pressure Gauge
Plans:
Wheels & tires.
Mild drop, maybe 1".
Upgrade the brakes.
Enclosure & sub for some bass.
Need a front license plate bracket & hardware. 4 holes in the front bumper now. Will a Euro front bracket use the same holes?
Needs a rear hatch button, have to use remote to open.
Need the driver side front lip thing.
Stay Tuned!

Wheels & Tires
Purchased a set of 16 x 6.5 SSP Type-C wheels (SSR Reps) from an R53 with Hoosier race tires.
Tires removed and wheels at the paint shop getting powder coated white.
Purchased and received a set of 205/50R16 Federal 595-SS tires the other days.
WMW M14 to M12 stud conversion kit is in with some wheel nuts & key i bought from amazon.
Looking at a gorilla lock set and more ring cameras for the losers that want to try and steel a set of replicas....
Replica BMW center caps in. Seen reviews of the logo peeling off so i think im going to clear coat them for some longevity, but for 7 bucks who cares.
Really don't know if i want TPMS... Little more than i want to spend but i dont want any dash lights on.

Picked up my wheels from the paint shop yesterday and they came out perfect!
The BMW center caps didn't fit without modifications. There are tabs that dont "hook" in which i had to break off and file down. The 4 tabs with the lip hold the cap in place. 3 fit perfect, one it kind of loose (its the first one i tried to muscle on with all tabs, so 4 tabs with lips are bent slightly). Going to try and beef up the tabs with glue for now and order another set. All loaded in the truck ready for mount and balance!

Wheel studs in hand-tight to 8'lbs per WMW.
Wheel waxed & tires mounted (federals look awesome)
Little more poke than stock, thinking of 5mm spacers.
Torqued to 85'lb per WMW, running 100 miles then re-torque.
Drop to come later but sits ok, doesn't look too rally.
RF to Non-RF tires what a difference. So smooth, need to do a long commute to work and scrub them in.
