How Many Miles?

Just curious to know How many miles has everyone on thier Minis ?

I will be getting a new MC and I am hoping and praying I can get
100,000 miles with no serious issues along the way.

Seems to be luck of the draw...

36K on my early '05 MCS and no problems.

Friend of mine needed a new gearbox on his earlier MC (forget the year) at 60K. He did more maintenance than required.

However, how well you maintain it will impact its potential for trouble free motoring to 100K.

7077 since November. No problems other than a crazy lady backing into me, and the SES light came on for no reason

New as in 2007? Then we're all making stuff up as the 2007 is close to a completely new car from the 2006.

The number of 100,000 miles + cars is growing. Personally, I own one, and have seen in person 2 others. All three of these cars are daily drivers that also see a fair amount of track time.

Then there's db with 150,000+

I have 170K on my 2001 Honda Accord. Just kidding. I share your
concerns. Maybe this weekend will be the big day. Why do I feel sick.

46,000 on my '03 MCS. No problems other than my runflat inducator comes on at random times without having pressure issues. Oh and the obvious brake pad replacement, oil changes, etc.

Just hit 50K... Under warranty, I had replaced the clutch, PS pump, a power window motor, and oxygen sensor (twice). I'm hoping all of the broken stuff is out...

2002 MCS - Feb. 2002 build - took delivery 6/1/02

104,750 miles so far - Clutch throwout bearing seized at 98 K

(5) windshields so far

Occasional track days and lots of aggressive canyon driving

Lost count on the tires - maybe 6 sets????

Oil changes with synthetic about every 7,000 miles

I have never driven a car harder for this long....

Turned 140k this morning!!

Replaced leaky coolant tank, and all the rest has been regular maintenance (ie. tyres, brakes (one set), and thats it) , or mods

Delivered in mid-December of last year and it's just registered...

... 1,612 miles on the odometer.

I do a lot of traveling in this job.

My 06MCS is getting ready to turn 24K in a few days. Two windshields{rocks} and bad R/F tire {tire insurance}. Other than that runs great. Got rid of the R/Fs!!

Been lucky. . . on my third set of tires; the passenger window does work and I just lost power steering. Drive it aggressively 100 miles to work daily!

Can't wait for the Clubman!
