What kind of lease deals on R56?

Looking to lease a R56 '07 Mini Cooper S. I was quoted by a local dealership for ~$415 a month for 36 months with 0 down. Sticker was approx, $25,500. Does this sound kind of expensive? Anyone do any better?

I leased my car because it was the only way I could afford to get into it. As long as its mechanically sound during the term of the lease I'm buying this car when the lease is up, actually a bit before, because its AWESOME Now as far as payments go, well, my car stickered for $27.5K and I put down a total of $3K and my payments for the next 36 monthes are $395.00, right where my budget needed to be. I'm not sure if you know this or not but ALL maintence, including rotors/pads are covered for the first 3/36K, that's a good deal IMO.

I have a lease for 36 months with 15,000 miles and 1,000 down for a MCS that is 27,145. My payment was estimated at $410 but is not in stone until the day I pick it up.

You need to look at the money factor they're willing to give you and the residual. Residual on a new S is 68% - non-negotiable its set by Mini (but 68% is pretty great). Money factor can be as low as .00265 - completely at the dealer's discretion. Most Mini dealers seem to be offering .0031 and above - not such a good deal, they make a nice profit at that rate. I would also get them to list out all of the fees and then compare to other dealers. That's the other spot where they can build in profit. Since you live on the East Coast I would suggest calling around to the dealers south of you. You can probably get money off the msrp / a competitive money factor or both. Mini of Manhattan should offer you the lowest money factor because they are a BMW owned dealership. Westchester Mini is also great - they won't give you a super money factor, but they might take money off the msrp. I would also look at Mini of the Hamptons. Kind of far for you, but you could end up saving with them. In my negotiations, there was a $55 difference per month between my best and worst offer on a $31,000 car, so its worth checking around with as many dealers as possible.

Ok this is something I researched

I swear I must have called every Mini Dealership in Miami. I had them going nuts .
I finally settled on the cheapest which was for my NightFire Red Convertible on a credit score of 678 (very impt for pricing comparison) the car stickers at 25,900 I am getting it for $447 (out the door..taxes etc) a month for 48 months

Lease = $21,000 / 500 down.

final price
no extra

dunno if thats good or not but thats the cheapest I could find it for here...
