R50/53 temperature?

temperature?

hey guys i have an 05 MCS with navigation...so i was just wondering...where the hell is the temperature gauge that tells me the temperature of the engine? i cannot find that ANYWHERE

Cars with sat/nav have a idiot light instead of a coolant gauge.

I don't think you're missing out on anything b/c I heard the coolant gauge is just a fancy idiot light with a needle. It just shows cold, normal and overheating.

Hmmm... my coolant gauge (part of the chrono pkg.) does vary under different operating conditions (warming up, hot/cold outside temps, etc.). I always assumed it was fairly accurate.

I added my own temp gauge to my nav-equipped MCS. It's one of the most reassuring mods I have made to the car.
