That's right, we have now completed a test fit and a final install of a trailer hitch on a 2007 MINI Cooper S as well as a tow wiring harness install (a little bit of work to figure this one out!!). Robert Wilfong brought his beautiful new R56 to the shop and now is sporting a hitch, wiring harness and drawbar kit.



The photo above shows the final product after installation. As you can guess, the rear black valence requires a small modification to access the receiver hitch (Thanks MINI for changing to two rear fog lights on the S ) We plan to include instructions for the modification and to also sell modified valences should you ever want to return the vehicle to stock (at lease turn in) or just ain't real good at cutting vehicle parts. The valences are REALLY easy to remove too!!



This photo shows the bumper without the drawbar installed and the black plastic plug installed. Very unnoticable. We are also developing a receiver hitch plug that can double as a Grille Badge holder! Now you can have your badges on the front AND rear!!




And here it is with a cargo carrier in the receiver hitch.

We are finalizing installation instructions for the hitch and harness and will be completing a test fit on a 2007 MINI Cooper next week. We plan to have these on our site by May 1st.
