Greetings everyone...

Hello all,

Thought I would post now and introduce myself. I will be moving to Sanford (just outside Orlando) next week from Germany, and wanted to drop a line here to say hi!

My '05 MCS is currently somewhere adrift in the middle of the atlantic slowly making it's way by boat to NJ, where it will be trucked down to Orlando. I originally bought my MINI in Germany (US Spec) under the Military Sales program, so it's definitely seen it's share of autobahn driving the last two years.

Enough about all that, I hope to chat with some of you in the area and enjoy MINI motoring with all of you in the FL region!

Thanks again!

YAY

My MCS arrived in perfect condition today after it's shipment to Germany, but of course my NAV DVD isn't working because I bought the wrong one (apparently mine is for BMW 5 or 6 series only )

Anyways, any suggestions on who performs oil changes for MINI's in the Orlando/Sanford area? Most of the places here in Sanford won't touch my poor MINI because of the filter placement, and I hear Downtown MINI in Orlando charges $100+ for oil changes. Where do you guys take yours? Any suggestions would REALLY be appreciated, the closer to Sanford the better please!

EVERY OEM option except PDC
Number of Back-Up Accidents that PDC Would Have Prevented = 1
LOL - my last two MINI's were cabrios and had PDC and I sorely miss it now! (no accidents yet, though, knock on wood!)
