Black with polished lip - Any pictures

I have really grown fond of the black spoke with polished lip. I think my favorite so far is a design similar to the Palo Ubar or Sport Max 003 rims. I also really like the Rota Subzero Black Royal with its polished lip.

Anybody have other suggestions? The Palo Ubers are a little too much even with the amazing NAM package they have. I do not want to start the debate between the sportmax/ubers... just looking for similar looking wheels. Weight is of concern but not so much that I can spend a lot more. I think the Rota weight 17lbs or so...?

Post picture if you have them on your mini.

Thanks,
khd

I've got the Rota Subzero's in royal black, 17" :

I weighed one when I first got them and I believe it was 17.7 lbs.

Rota has a number of wheels with black centers and polished lips.
I do like the Subzeros and Slipstreams. Both are fairly light.
Steve, your wheels look great on a black vert!

Those look great! How are they holding up? Is the finish lasting and looking as good as they did when you first got them?

Yes, The finish seems to be just fine, except for where I ran one into a curb.

Picture of my hyper blue with black drag wheels with the polished lip.

Not a good pic sorry.

edit: they look a lot better in person than they do in the picture. I'm also very partial to bronze as you can see in my Sig. I think I liked my dark bronze wheels better.

I have always like the Momo corse wheels but not the letting on the polished lip. They do look good though.

They do come in a 17". There is a post of someone with 17's in the "show me your black wheels" post although, for me I prefer the 18's as far as looks.
As far as the paint and finish, I have had no issues what so ever. They are satin black rather then polished black and to me look great with my pepper white car. I personally don't like an all black wheel with my color combo because I think there needs to be something to break up the black wheel well and black tire and the silver lip helps with that. The J10's are not that heavy ether. My 18's are just 20lb's each and made a big difference coming from the S lites. I will say that I have been enjoying running on my Rota's that are only 13.5lb's the last couple of weeks and have grown to like the look as well (big difference in look from the 18's). The 16's give a totally different feel to the car and a better ride for sure . I'm having a hard time wanting to put the 18's back on the car. As I stated before, I bought the Rota's for Auto X and weekend runs in the hills but as I'm sure many will tell you that run 16's, it's the only way to go.

Wheels and tires look GREAT on your black MINI, but I keep on thinking, "POTHOLES!"

TD PR 1.2's

They just came out with the Team Dynamic Pro Race 1.2's in a gloss black with a polished lip...they look awesome and I think they're just under 17 lbs each for 17's! You can see pictures at www.outmotoring.com but you can find the wheel other places as well!
