Anybody have problems getting their title from MINI after you paid it off. Online bank paid them in full two months ago, but no title or paid in full paperwork from them. Refunded $37 for an over payment two weeks ago. Called them and said "Wassup". Well we didn't get any instructions as to where to send the title so we are keeping it. I told them don't you think it would make sense to send it to the same place you sent the payment book. He says, no that would not make sense, because you might have traded it off to a dealer and the title would belong to them. I said if the payoff money came from me why do you think a dealer would have paid it off. He said I don't know, but some one had to call us and tell us where to send it. I said don't you think it would be business sense to contact me and ask. He said we don't do that. He said that now that we know where to send it that it will take 5 to 7 business days unless you want to pay FED EX fee for overnight. I said how do you know a dealer didn't pay it off and I'm not stealing the title. He said it will be there in 5 to 7. MINI Financial = DUMB!
