If you do not want your Monster Fluffies to turn PINK, then I suggest you avoid making the same mistake I did...which is washing your white monster fluffies with your BROWN monster fluffy max towels.
Now all my white MF Microfibers are all a pinkish brown color... grin:
I washed mine together and got similar results. Although I would say my MF's are mostly brown with maybe a slight hint of pink.
Doesn't really threaten my masculinity though. After all, I've been known to wear a pink Izod shirt when playing golf. No matching pink socks though... that would be going TOO far.
Well CR&PW, mix your two cars together and you get pink too.
I guess we now, having mastered the art of car detailing, need to master the art of detailing tools detailing. When will it end?
I could care less what color my detailing towels are. I throw all my microfibers in the wash together (but I only use warm water).

Well... we keep parking them a little closer in the garage each night, hoping they'll find a spark and make us some baby MINIs. But now that you brought it to my attention the babies would be pink... time to start parking them further apart again.
Dumb question on washing monster fluffies and microfiber towels. Is there any problem with wax or polish residue remaining in the washing machine? I'd hate to wash my detailing towels and then later discover my clothes have remnants of EPIC or NERO on them.

But with EPIC in your clothes, they will no loner get wet, simply bead the water off, great for rainy days

I wash all my MF towels together... some of them have a little bit of wax residue, I'm sure, from the Griot's Speed Shine on them. I've been doing that every week for months now. I wash in warm water with mild detergent. No issues with cross-contamination of my towels or with the washing machine.
Now, if you have a towel that's caked with wax residue, I would recommend you rinse as much of that out by hand first, before you stick it in the machine.
i too wash all my MF's together...from glass, utility, platinum, griot's, and
monster fluffy.
after doing my G the last 2 days, i think removing BofS is easier with
the platinum and griot's. then go over the entire car with monster
fluffy dry at the very end. love the finish. warm deep lustor, not
surface shiny.

You won't have any problems with wax or polish residue remaining in the washing machine after washing your MF. It all rinses away with everything else.
On a different but related note, if you are experiencing wax or polish buildup in your microfiber over time, add vinegar to your MF wash. You can do it in several different ways for the same results. We wash the load first normally then re-run the load but without detergent and 1/2 Cup of white vinegar (you can do a really short run on this second one). The vinegar breaks up any residue stuck in your microfiber.
We used to wait until we could tell there was some buildup. Now we just routinely do the vinegar trick every couple of times we wash our MF to stay on top of it.

We haven't gotten any MINI babies yet either. I guess ours would be dark silver, though.
skitelluride531, I think your fluffies look more salmon thanpink. Not that there's anything wrong with PINK.
