Thread finding help
There was a thread that had a list of routine maintenance items and mileages. It was a pretty detailed list. From oil changes to lower control arm bushings. I should have printed it right then, but was on my laptop without printer. It was about 4? months ago. Searched "maintenence" and "routine maintenance" but came up empty. Went through some post catagories post by post checking ones that were marked as my having read them...nothing.
Any help finding this would be great! Or even a new list would work. I had extended maintenance up to 50K, but now have 70K. I'm sure it's time to replace something. ( My MA says to replace the car with an '07.
)
Thanks for the help folks.

The only other maintenance question I have is covered in these lists.
I keep my cars forever. My first car bought in '82 is still beside the driveway.( Although the wife has tried to sell it.) So I'm wondering if anyone has ideas on the average life span of things like suspension and drivetrain. OK, what..we have shocks, springs, CV joints, control arms and quite a bit more. If money allows I like to replace things before they fail. So I guess what I'm looking for is a preventative maintenance schedule. Like every X number of miles have a mechanic inspect these items for wear. I only do about a dozen track days a year, but as the car gets older thoughts of 100+ MPH and failed suspension parts is becoming to be a concern. In writing my thoughts out I guess I'd be wise to have this inspection done a month before any track date. Is that excessive? Some things can be checked by me I suppose. Things like springs and shocks might should be a mileage thing which goes back to the how long do these parts generally last.
Any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.
