trim fastener removal?

So I am in the process of removing the door trim to install my sirius in my MCSC and I can't seem to remove the black round plastic fasteners around the base of the door frame. There appear to be three of them. One is near the seat belt anchor and the other two are next to the seat. Someone told me to just pull the trim yesterday, but they are not moving. Is there a way to pop them out? I tried to pry with a screw driver and no go. Are they a one time use item? I can post a pic if needed.
