MINI Downtown might be your best bet...
there's also coopersport.ca, jason is super nice, and he'd likely be able to arrange for meetup for you, shoot him an email and see what he says

I’ll arrive on Sunday March 25th in the evening and leave on Thursday March 26th in the afternoon.I'd like to find leds for the interior. Looks so great but might go for amber color but blue looks the business too. Any thoughts where I can find them in Toronto? Thanks

No third time already. I am located in Belgium but work for a Toronto based company having a branch in Brussels.
