It is fully adjustable! Here is there write up;

"This fully "ADJUSTABLE carbon fiber spoiler ,designed by Uber ,is without question the absolute ULTIMTATE REAR SPOILER anywhere in the world......The visionary Uber concept of making spoilers "adjustable" will change the mini performance spoiler marketplace worldwide...YOU need to determine the " amount of downforce "in relation to the type of driving your about to perform. A stationary spoiler fills the need for passive driving with the additional downforce it may provide. But if your mini, like Uber's ,is over 200 hp, you need this adjustable spoiler, to safely keep the rear of your mini on the road surface, preventing lift and hops. This fabulous piece of engineering follows the Porsche F-1 spoiler design, fitted EXCLUSIVELY for your mini. The aircraft grade carbon fiber is meticulously molded in our London facility, then assembled with aircraft grade fittings. The UBER ADJUSTABLE SPOILER bolts directly through your existing bolt holes after removing your OEM Mini spoiler. It's that simple. Three adjustment levels; 1. daily drive, 2. aggressive street oerformance, and 3. all out track performance setting. Uber's 289hp 2004 mini s stays well planted on his weekly runs into Falmouth, for a little tea,,ha.... Once again, Palo Uber Mini leads the way for serious performance with the aesthetics that only Uber can design. 10 minute install for a truely ultimate performance product.This Uber designed carbon fiber spoiler is 36 inches long and only 6.5 inches wide. The spoiler weighs in at a modest 4.6 pounds. We extensively tested the Uber adjustable spoiler on four mini's, ranging from a stock S to a 297 horsepower Palo Uber Mini under all roads, weather conditions and various levels of performance driving. A massive improvement to all driving thresholds under all climatic conditions... additional photos soon, ready to ship our current inventory we have recieved from London.. "

I really like that it uses the factory mounts. Palo Uber products seem to be really great!

It may be nice but seeing the current pricing on their products, this really scares me. $300-400 for a piece of plastic that goes on an existing wing, I'd imagine this thing will be arouind $1500-2000. No thanks! I'll spend $700 for a Fireballed one that almost looks the same.

I think it will look terrible on a MINI (especially a non-race MINI) but to each their own I guess.

The fireballed spoiler has that big graphic on the sides though. I would pay the extra 175 just to not have that logo. The Palo looks a lot cleaner IMO.

The one I liked best was the John Cooper challenge wing.

The graphic on the side is a decal.....either it doesnt come installed on arrival, or could easily be removed upon delivery. (I'm pretty sure you can ask for it to not be installed, and they will send a blank one)

So i will take that 175 and you can order that spoiler
