Is there a time I should listen in to find out more about it or is it an online only thing?

Just gave it a "5". Currently not shown in top 4, but has the same score (3.7) as the 3rd and 4th place vehicles.

I gave the '51 Merc a 4, just to see it's score... that gorgeous car only has a score of 2.9.

I guess the guy with the '51 Merc doesn't know what he has.
Maybe that's why his score is so mediocre. Regardless, beautiful paint job.
