Aero Kit Rear Grill Replacements.

Has anyone found a replacement for the cheesy stickers? Mine are starting to come off. I don't want to go back to the stickers, so does anyone make the grills?

I'm fairly sure he wanted real grills and not stickers...

I have heard rumors about m7 making grills that would work on the back... You might wana give peter a call to see if theres anything in the works.

You are right, I don't want stickers. And being as my history with M7 products has been less than stellar, I think I might go with this:

Hi, I'm thinking a real SS mesh with the plastic cut out would help air flow.?

You would have to remove the rear heat shield, but yes.

That's exactly what I did, but I bought my own black vinyl from a sign shop and cut them myself. It only cost $5. It isn't carbon fiber though. What I'm going to do is get two of the lower aero grills and cut my own grills out of the plastic. I will then edge them with some type of black edging. With the black vinyl underneath it will be a perfect match

I have seen that done and it does look good. However, I have silver stripes on the car. The OEM stickers, even though they are crap, matched the color pretty well. So I want to get something that will match the silver, or at least compliment it. I might go the DIY route also.

I thought M7 made a rear grill - you should check them out.

I'm going to be working on creating a pair of black plastic grills that look like or are at least modeled after the front aero black grills but for the rear aero kit spaces. I'm aquiring a new shop toy, oops, I mean tool that will among other things fabricate these. If I am succesfull, NAM will be the first to hear!

I put these on my wife's car. The area behind the stock panels are solid. If you want to put anything else but a sticker/adhesive backed panel you will have to cut the bumper.

I am very happy with the panels from CooperFlags. The paper was cut so alignment was easy! The bumper looks great and the quality is excellent!

That's a bit harsh. I spoke to their head developer. He said they are just too busy coming up with new and exciting products to worry about some web site.

Indeed. Just don't tell the others. They have to maintain their phone support staff's reputation.
