New RF offering in 205/45 size?

New RF offering in 205/45 size?
I was looking on Tire Rack and saw for the first time a Khumo RF available in 205/45-17 size, The SPT XRP:

It says they are $130 a piece, but when you click on the description, it says that it couldn't find that tire. Is this a new tire available, b/c $130 a piece for RF tires sounds a lot better than $265. They look a bit heavy is my only concern (28 lbs! the Pirelli's are 22, Dunlops 21, Bridgestones 23). Anybody know anything about these tires?

I checked out the SPT tires on Kuhmo's site. They are listed as a new product, but there was no mention of run flat technology, just extra load support. The 205/45's were 21.7 pounds.
It would be nice if a reasonably priced RF did come to market, so maybe the info on Kuhmo's site just isn't up to date yet?
