Anyone been burned?

I'm still trying to find out If it is happening to me. Luckily though it's only 10 bucks, But 10 bucks is still 10 bucks.

I purchased a part from a NAM member (2k+ posts) back on 12.16.06 and was to be shipped on the same day.

On 1.02.07 I asked the seller if the part had been sent. According to the seller, they were sent first class and that he/she would ask USPS if there was anything that could be done, and if nothing could be done my money would be refunded.

on 1.10.07 I was told nothing could be done and if I hadn't received the part by that friday (1.12.07) the $10 would be refunded.

on 1.15.07 my paypal address was requested for refund. I sent a PM back with the info.

I haven't heard back from the seller since then. I have checked paypal every few days and PM'd the seller about it but still haven't heard anything.

I do know that the seller has posted new parts in the marketplace since then.

it's been about 7 days since i have heard anything from the seller.
10 days since I was to see a refund and
38 days since I puchased the item

I'm confused, are you talking about me? You bought a $10 beltline blackout kit from me I know, I've been slow shipping it out, but it wasn't in december, and I never told you I had shipped it (I've been swamped at work lately, sorry). Maybe I'm confused, and you got burned by someone else a month ago for an identical amount of money as our transaction, just wanted to double check.
