Please join the Metroplex MINIs for the first annual East Texas run and picnic! Experience some great roads to include some smooth apex's along some great country roads.

Please meet us at 9:30 AM in Royce City (East of Dallas). We will depart shortly after for a 1.5 hour spirited drive to our destination. There will be a rest stop midway. The destination is Cooper Lake Doctors Creek facility where we have reserved a pavillion to seat 50.

This is sort of a pot luck deal where you bring something to share. I have done this for the last 2 year in the Mita club and have has as many as 40 cars. See this thread on our forum for more details. I am hoping we get some visitors from Oklahoma to Houston.. The picnic area is in a great setting with a playground, vollyball court, roped off swimming area, camping and more.

The cost is only $2 to enter the park. No alcohol is allowed in the park.
