Two Thousand Seven ! The Kick-off!

• A time of change for the beloved MINI and for PDX MINI members to rise to the occasion. Wahoo, let’s celebrate the beginning of the year with gourmet delights, new and previously acquired friendships, all joining into the excitement of future events.
• Listen up — there will be games of chance that culminate in winning some high bucks stuff. You’ve already taken a risk by being a member which qualifies you as a winner; bring cash.
• And of course there will be accolades to those deserving, and the infamous Back of the Pack Awards – you could be next!
• To show you how dedicated the club is to your enjoyment, one fun yet gracious member has donated gift certificates to a well known Portland restaurant available to the first 20 responders.

COST:

• $20 per person: Select one entrée and dessert per person. Limited to Members and one guest, until the RSVP deadline. If there is still room at the venue, then we can open it up to other guests.

MENU:


Choice of,

• Chicken sauté aux champignons Tender chicken breast sautéed with chanterelle mushrooms,
• Oregon black & blue 12 oz. tender beef pan-seared in a red-wine demi glace and served with Oregon bleu cheese,
• Whiskey smoked salmon linguine Smoked salmon tossed in a whiskey cream sauce and topped with parmesan cheese,
• Veggie wrap Lettuce, tomato, red onion, roasted red pepper, cucumber, olives, artichoke hearts, and our housemade hummus wrapped in a warm tortilla.
• All Entrees include fresh salad with chef crafted huckleberry viniagrette.

DESSERT:

• Mini Cheesecake - Sinful house recipe cheesecake is individually tailored and paired with a vibrant seasonal fruit sauce,
• Mini chocolate pave - For the chocolate purists, we give you this decadent flourless chocolate torte.

DRINKS:

• Non-alcoholic beverages are included, or you can take buy "adult" beverages at the no-host bar, such as unique Cocktails and Coffee Drinks
