buying 16" to use instead of 17"

Hi: I got original MINI 16" rims and tires(SP Sport 3000A DSST (Ultra-High Performance All-Season Radial) number is 195/55 R16 87H ) use instead of the 17" I have now ...I got a real good deal ,so I couldn't pass it up.. I want to use them as a back-up for the future... Will it have any effects on my '06 MCSca at all? If so please tell...km

The sidewall is a bit taller, so it should ride slightly better. They are also quite a bit lighter, so you may feel a bit more nimbleness, thought that is offset by less precision due to the taller sidewall. They are essentially the same overall diameter as the 17's, so the speedometer reading shouldn't change.
I've also got a set of 16" in addition to the 17"s, and quite honestly I didn't notice a huge difference between the two.
