The hub has a diameter of 56.1 mm. Wheels with any larger size need hubcentric rings.

I have 16" Rota Slipstreams with 67 mm holes. Most dealers have molded (i.e. plastic) rings. A friend found me metal ones at a local Discount Tire store.

are you saying the stock mini hub is 57.1 mm and not 56.1?

wheel spacer/hub adaptor

the reason why i asked this question is i am thinking of producing a wheel spacer that will also be an adapter to the larger hub of the aftermarket wheel being used thus doing away with the need for hubcentering rings. the design will also allow me to make a 5mm spacer with an extended hub on it, where as most spacers under 10mm do not have the hub extension built in. anyone that is interested should let me know. i have the design already, i am going to do a prototype and then hopefully a production run. i think i am going to start with a 5mm thick- 56.1mm to 73mm spacer/hub adaptor. if something like this already exists i haven't seen it, please tell me if you have and where it is located.
thanks,
lorenzo
