I have an 04 MCS with Proxes 4 16 inch tires on the car. I am experiencing a lot of slipping in the rain. I wonder if it is tire pressure. Should I follow the tire recommendation or the car manual or does anyone have a suggestion for tire pressures for this car and tire. Is it tire pressure or is it just a bad tire for wet?

 

I have the same tires and feel very comfortable in the rain. I keep em at 33psi

35 psi in my 205/45/17's with no problems

 

oh and since they are directional tires make sure they are on the right way that could mess up handling bad!

 

i have had mine for 5k miles now and they seam to do great in the rain. Minor slippage if I gun it lol
