Webb Motorspots Issues?

Has anyone had issues with Randy and the gang at Webb Motorsports? I bought a pulley and rented the tool from them paying a $90 refundable deposit for use of the tool. I shipped UPS with tracking number and they recieved the tool back on the 13th of OCt. On the 20th, I contacted them for an update on my refund and Randy told me he would handle buisness on the 24 when he returned from 'flying'. So now it has been over a week since then and my emails and phone calls from the past few days have gone unanswered. All said and done, I am still out $90 after 19 days from when they recieved their product back.

Any one else have problems with them? I only bought from them because of the praise on this board. If anyone knows Randy, can you stick the prod to him for me? $90 to a college student goes a long long way. I would at least like to know when I may see this back in my account.

Randy is a nice guy. He has been notorious for being busy and late
on responses but not intentionally. I would say, keep trying... you're
not doing anything wrong.
