16x7.5 SSR comps with tires for sale
16x7.5 SSR Competition Wheels (Silver with Machined Lip)
And
Falken Azenis RT-615 tires (215/45R16 86W) for Mini cooper
Wheels bought right before SSR switched ownership, so they are the original SSR comps. Basically this is one of the best modifications that you can make to your mini to make it faster. The difference is like night and day between the SSRs (11.5 pounds) with the lightweight Falken tires, and the stock Web spoke wheels (22.5 pounds) with the run flats (I have autocrossed both setups). Because overall tire diameter is a little smaller the car will sit about 1 centimeter lower.
These wheels were bought through tirerack, mounted and balanced by a professional race shop (C2 motor sports), and only used for one BMWCCA autocross and two SCCA autocrosses for a total of about 20 runs, wheels/tires were only used to drive to and from Qualcomm stadium for the autocrosses and always cleaned/polished afterwards, no daily driving on them, tires have basically all their tread left. Asking price is $1600; brand new this setup cost me more than $1850. Basically these are some of the lightest wheels you can get for your Mini, and the wider wheels combined with the wider tires just give an insane amount of grip, some of the stickiest street legal tires on the market. I would prefer if the Buyer were local (southern California, San Diego) because I would like to avoid the hassle of shipping.
