Installing line level converter

Does anyone have the color codes for the speaker wires on the back of the OEM stero? How did you connect it? Did you cut into the wires or connect it directly?

are you looking to add a subwoofer or are you adding amps for the mids and highs as well, just looking to keep the factory deck?

The MINI2 FAQ has pinouts which includes the colors:

If you only need left/right and if the amp is going in the trunk, you might find it easiest to pick up the speaker signals at the rear speaker locations
