Interior/Exterior Best aftermarket high beam lights?

Hi,
I would like to change the high beam lights on my MCS 'cause I think the stock ones are really bad...moreover I would like to find bulbs that can match as close as possible my low beam xenon lights....
Does any of you know the best aftermarket bulbs to do so?
Is it difficult to change these bulbs?
