Sweet Panasonic CD player- mini color match

Hey everyone,
Although I've been lurking for months (almost a year) this is my first post. I was wondering if anyone has seen or installed Panasonic's CQ=C7413U head unit. It's got all the typical bells and whistles, but the extra thing that caught my attention was the customizable color display. All of the display/button colors can be set to any numerical RGB values you choose. If it's works as well as it says, I'm sold, I've been looking for something that will fit in with the interior, and this may well be it. Any input?

Thanks,
m@

ps: the link below is to panasonic's site, check it out.

That's a nice unit. I have used panasonic units for about... 7 years or so. Very nice units.

But that one is perfect for the mini! if i saw it i probably wouldnt have gotten HK, although I am glad I did. It is the only one that matches the mini and is a nice unit. I always get panasonic. shrugs.

I didn't have HK, just the basic h/u (which was very average sounding) I received the Panasonic yesterday and put it in. Not as easy as I would have thought. (I've done maybe 6 other installs) Everything was going smoothly until I realized that there was no "RED WIRE" which means NO POWER. Grrrrrr. I ended up tapping the fuse box and running a wire over. - In the end though, I love it. I'll have to get some pictures up tonight.
The sound is sooooo much cleaner and can drive the stock speakers soooo much louder than the stock h/u could. I'm still waiting for my ipod adapter to come in, (that's a large part of the reason I bought this thing, I HATED the factory adapter) but soon, oh yes, soon it will be complete.

MikeyTheMini-
Are those Panasonic Pics from your Mini? I'm wonder what color values you used, I can't seem to get a bright enough orange for the display.... Any help?

Did you ever get the display color you wanted?

I've been thinking about getting one of these, but haven't seen any on display at any of the local stores.

Can't seem to get an EXACT match, but it's close. The color is adjustable using RGB values from 0 to 100.
I ordered mine through a car audio shop, I haven't seen that model in any stores. You can get it online, too. Just check panasonics website for model info, and google it.
