This is not a m2c2 sponsored event. If you would like to show off your MINI and tune up for the AutoFare here is your chance. They are holding a car show and there will be BMWs, Porsche, Mercedes, Ferraris etc. There are 40 plus cars committed at this time and all Mini owners are invited to bring ours. This will be held this Saturday September 9th at UNCC. If you have nothing to do shine up the Mini and lets show them! Try to be there about 9:30 the show will be from 10 AM Til 2PM. Lunch will be served from Toppers Pizza around noon. You don't have to sign up just come on out. If any one would like to meet for breakfast or coffee and motor out let me know.
DIRECTIONS; 485 N towards concord/Greensboro
Get off at exit 33 Harrisburg (be careful not to take exit 39 Harrisburg Rd)
Take a right at top of ramp
Go down 4 stop light and take a right on John Kirk Dr
Take your immediate left onto campus (once you reach this point you will be able to see the parking lot on your left)
Take the next left and another left into parking lot
Once your in the parking lot you will be directed where to park.

I was planning on going to Hendrick MINI on Saturday, but will come out to the car show instead.

Thanks George, sounds like fun, plus a lot of exotic cars will be there. The Hendrick people are going to be well represented with Minis, BMWs and I think a couple of other Hendrick dealerships will have cars there.

 

Thanks to George, Mark and Ed at Hendrick for lending us the Minis takes the states car to participate in the 1st UNCC Autofest. We had a good time and alot of HOT cars were there, both new and used. Thanks for making such a short notice event a great one. Luke
