I don't get that mild steering wheel vibration at 40mph-75mph. I believe its from the axles being a tad too long.
Anyone want an '04 blk/blk leather int. MCS. Its for sale.

its stock ride height now. i had the same problem with my civic when i first did a swap. I used a tad bit longer axle. When the car was at stock height it was fine. But as soon as i lowered it. I ran into axle problems. So i had to shorten it.
I just think with a shorter axles. Vibration would be gone. And one thing i notice is on the 2002-up honda civic hatchback/ and RSX. When installing lowering springs. i have to support the whole steering knuckle with a jackstand. if i don't, the axles would pop out from the inner joint. And when i lower my cooper. i just let the whole unit hang. And I can pull and tug on the hub and the inner axle would not pop out of the joint.
I wouldn't recommend anyone doing this. If it does pop out, the whole axle would have to come out and realign the bearings to the cup. pretty messy job.
