Solo Pyrotect
i have the pryotect open faced helmet, and what do you wnat to know... its a helmet..... but surprisngly, i needed a XL, for my tiny head! i followed their guide to the book and i still needed a XL
I'm pretty sure they require SA helmets for track days, road racing for sure.
It's a bit of a drive but I would go to Bell Motorsports in Oakland. Plenty of inventory and they know how to fit them. They carry Bell & Pyrotect Helmets.

Cheapest isn't best. Buy the best you can afford.

There are a few budget considerations. The use will be 99% Solo 2. I don't plan any road racing. I'll leave that 1% as unknown at this time. A couple of SA2005's is what we're considering.

I've got the Pyrotech open face. I've had it for about 4 years and I like it a lot. Helmets are all about fit. I tried GForce, bell, and simpson before I came across the Pyrotech. It just fit my head better. I have used it for autocross, track events, and hillclimbs.
