another accessory post - boot organizer?

how do most of you deal with using the "boot" area for storage?

i'm considering ordering an organizer of some sort for that rear area to make the most out of the space. without some kind of orgnizer i think packages and such (grocery bags, etc) will roll all over the place...

are there suggestions for which boot organizer to use?

thanks so much!!

Theres nothing I hate more than junk rolling around in the boot. Thats why I always keep mine empty!

But, if you have things that you must keep in there, IE: groceries, then you can get a boot organizer from out motoring.

I found an old camera bag (the kind that you could put a couple of 35mm cameras and lens, etc in) and it fits perfect on one side of the boot. In that I have a first-aid kit, a set of small wrenches, sun-tan lotion, 2 cargo straps, 2 tie-down straps, etc. Just making the point that you can put a lot of stuff in it. The good part is that if I need to make room for something larger, all I have to do is pick up one bag. Additionally, I have some stuff stored in the side compartments (air compressor, ice scraper).

Even with the camera bag, I still have enough room on the boot to put a complete grocery car worth of food, etc.

Who says the MINI is too small

I use one I picked up at Target for about $8-10. Fits perfectly and collapses down for when I don't need it.
