The Best MA

If there were to be a contest for the best MA in the Chicago area I would have to say my vote would go to Rachel at Bill Jacobs Mini in Naperville. She has made my first new car buying experience a wonderful one. Rachel has been so much fun and so kind to work with every step of the way. She has kept me well informed and really made sure I was going to be 100% happy with my mini purchase. She deserves a raise. If they even get raises

I dunno, but my experience with John at Patrick MINI was great, it was also my first new car buying experience and i would recommend anyone looking to buy a MINI in the area to buy from John, so my vote goes to him!

Here's another vote for John G @ Patrick. By far the most pleasant car buying experience I've had yet.

I question the validity of my own reply, though, because he's the only MA I've really met. I talked briefly to a couple up in Milwaukee at International Autos, and they seemed like decent fellows, too.

when I went to Bill Jacobs long ago when I first was trying to get the MINI, the didn't even spend the time of day with me...telling me to come back and all that jazz....

I went to Patrick, they welcomed me with open arms and I got myself a car. My MA is no longer there, but I would recommend anyone going there to get a MINI.

My dealing with Knauz was great, my MA actually came in on his off day to close the deal so Kudos to Daniel K.

On a side note about Jacobs, my preference was to have purchased there since I live about 15 minutes away. However, when I was told I could either purchase one off lot or order one without them offering to do a dealer search, well that left a sour taste in my mouth. A tad more effort on their part would have help greatly in closing a sale.

Day off vs. commission Any guy that wouldn't show up to close a deal would need to have his head examined.

Bill Jacobs

Rachel L. ROCKS !!!!! ( at Bill Jacobs MINI ) She talked us thru the entire MINI process and guided us well. My wife and daughter will only allow me to buy MINI's now....can't even look at other cars or dealers. Our vote is for Rachel . ( Yeah, she should be selling BMW's .

Well his wife called enough for me to know there was a "price" to be paid at home for doing it.

minigrll000, Rachel will be thrilled to hear you enjoyed your experience buying your MINI with her!!
Perhaps, but it wasn't even suggested or stated to me that was the case. However, my experience with the parts department was excellent today.

I have to put in a vote for Christina at Jacobs. She did a super job with my purchase and helped me on a few things after.

So there you go....Christina!

Great experience at Knauz. David O was terrific. Kept handing me keys to try everything until I was sure what to order. Very patient with questions and my indecisiveness over options, color, etc. I went there--even though they weren't the closest--because they had every model in stock to test.

David at Knauz has my vote as well. Went way way way out of his way to get me on the road the day it was delivered. Activities that day included prep, sport-link install, swap out summer for snows - all at the last minute. I couldn't have been happier.

It seems the 3 dealers are close to dead even to a number of votes.

I second the comment on Dustin. Bill Jacobs was a great place to buy a MINI and Dustin was very helpful.

Kudos to Dave O. at Knauz!!! Knowledgeable and great all around. Got our graphics done, supportive if ever in for service... just can't say enough good things about him. You can't go wrong with Dave!
We've bought 2 MINI's through Dave, and wouldn't hesitate to go through him again when MINI proves it's muster with the new generation. Knauz service is right up there.
2 votes for Knauz and Dave Olenick!

Kevin at Patrick would also get my vote. Stellar guy, glad to see he was promoted, and I am going to have my mother give him a call when she wants to start looking for a MINI!
