Does a 2005 Dinan exhaust fit 2002?

hi, as title, Does a 2005 Cooper S Dinan exhaust fit a 2002 cooper S? if not, what's the difference? is it expensive or difficult to modify to fit? thanks

The hangers have been changed for 2005+ models...

A 2005 will fit on a 2002, but you'll have to modify it in order to fit...
