I was talking to my friend last night and being very excited about the fact that my Mini comes sometime this week (HOPEFULLY)......well he started telling me about this woman in his neighborhood that had purchased a yellow/black Cooper not too long ago and when he asked her about it she went off on this tirade about how horrible the car was and how she was going to sell it right away. Soon after, the poor little Mini was outside her house with a 'For Sale' sign on it. Her biggest beef with the car was that when she would drive it on the highway, she said it would vibrate. Our best guess is....she couldn't handle the fact that the car had a real suspension and wasn't a luxury liner like the car she drove before...(a Buick maybe? hahahahahha) Anyway, my friend decided to see what happened if he called her and asked her about it....since she didn't know who he was she went off for 20 minutes about how fantastic the car was......

 

Stupid people... I can't get enough of the ride! I love how in-tuned you are with the driving... If I want a relaxing soft drive, I'll take out my Astro, or Allero!

 

indeed...she was most definately not in line with what the Mini is all about eh? and it was a very funny story, to hear it in the first person....
