I'm still under warranty, thank goodness. Have a problem they can't seem to solve so don't quite know what I'm going to do once the warranty runs out sometime this winter. Probably continue at the dealer as I think it will add to resale value if the car is always serviced at the same place, regularly.

Mini Yaletown. You can't beat the service and Alex is a straight up guy who will give you a break wherever he can.

I bought my MCS from Richmond Mini. The cheap SOBs didn't even fill the gas tank when I picked it up. I didn't notice that the gas gauge was under 1/4 full until I was 50 km from the dealer, heading home. I was not impressed! Mini NA never contacted me for an evaluation of Richmond Mini....too bad.

I wasn't aware it was normal practice for dealers to fill up our cars after we bring them in..?

I've used Yaletown ( warranty of course) Alex is a good guy, but their service Manager Graham is the best! Very helpful!

No complaints so far with Mini Richmond, I usually deal with Nick Roddam.
