Well as of Friday night I am in the ranks of the hit MINI owners . Anybody had any work done at the dealer? Louis did the dealer repair yours? Also other places that does good work would be appreciated.

 

Oh no! That sucks.

I haven't had any body/paint done but I think the dealer uses Central. Some on bf.c love the place while others swear against them.

european autotech. i think that's the name out near the airport, about 2 blocks makai of nimitz, off lagoon drive.

 

european autotech and central auto body are both good. The dealer has used both in the past with great results.
I've personally used central before. When I picked up my vehicle it had been detailed too!

How bad is your damage?

 

when i bought my back in 02, they dented my bumper at the dealer (one of the guys dropped my plate and nicked it). and they send out this mobile dent repair, it sucked! i had them replaced my entire molding!

when i had my run in with the bus, i used AL's. nice paint job, but take way too long (mine was 3 months).

recent minor repair wnet to aiea collision. they are great! fast and friendly and matched perfectly.

 

Central took care of my new hood.... A very satisfactory experience and they even got it back to me in two days LESS then estimated.

 

Thanks for all the places to take my car. I will give my opinion about the work when it is completed. Im thinkin Central right now but that can always change.
