Did MINI end up deciding to switch to a torsion beam rear suspension?

I know there was a lot of talk of MINI simplifying the rear suspension and possible going with a torsion beam set up for the upcoming MINI. Did they end up deciding to do it or are we still going to get that fantastic multilink set up?

I'd be very, very, very surprised if they did this.

There was a spy video of the 07 on the Ring; sure didn't seem like it.
