15" Wheels and Rear BBK

Anybody know if the TCE 11.75" rear brake upgrade kit will fit under a 15" wheel? I know the fronts do and I just wanted to confirm that the rears do as well. Thanks.

Me too.

I have done this same 11.75 rotor kit on a Gallant VR4 rally car and it did require some grinding of the caliper to clear the inside of the wheel. While I had not considered it, all indications are that it worked out fine. They're out winning events with it...

Randy looked at it on a car some time ago but did not have time to dig deeper into it and evaluate the amount of material to remove and where to do so. It's based on the bridge thickness of the caliper and how tall it is above the rotor OD. No I cannot make a smaller version of this really as there has to be room for the bracket hardware. I don't think I could shrink it enough to really matter.

I'm affraid you're on your own on this one. Somebody has to be first to try it.

Todd - One of the reasons why I'm considering your 11.75" BBK for the front is that it will fit under my 15" track wheels/tires. I'd love to be able to get a matching kit for the rear. You'd think that it should fit since the fronts fit, and the fronts have an upgraded caliper while the rear reuses the stock caliper. Does the relocation bracket really move it out that much on the rears?

Only enough that the wheel won't go back on.
