Headed back from Charleston SC today and what do you know...
Sounded like a shotgun and walla a crack.

If anyone knows someone in the Columbia or Charleston area that can help me get it taken care of it would be greatly appreciated. I was looking at the windshield earlier and it looks a bit complex to remove.

 

I would guess you would have to call the MINI dealer in Charleston or the BMW dealership in Columbia might be able to help. I saw a DS MINI in one of the service bays once when I was looking at cars with someone.
