I am looking into putting checker roof and bonnet stripes on my Indie blue/black roof mini. If anybody has any pictures of this please post them. Also any pictures of the chome door mirrors would be good.

cqout, you may have to go through a custom source to get the checkers for a black roof. My impression is that most of the available checker decals, including the dealer one, are black checkers to go over a white roof, not the other way around. Someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Or maybe the checker decals are actually solid black and white, and usable over any roof color. I am talking out of my rear end here. My roof is decal-free.

I think the dealer checker roof is available for either the black or white roof.
It is decals of the "contrasting" colour

I've been planning to try this for some time...just waiting for my car, another 7-10 days to go!! I was gonna get a small piece of white vinyl and give it a try....
