Hi,

This run is scheduled from 10:30-3:00...does this mean we'd be back in Vegas at 3pm? I'm trying to schedule to meet family on Sunday in Henderson.

The park has multiple entrances. You can come and go as you please. Just mark your time and distance going out there, then you will know what it takes to get back to town. PP come and go from the rides as they please so the schedule is really yours...

Thanks...this is my first Mini event...so I'm pretty clueless

 

If you are heading to Henderson afterwards, the park exit furthest from the entrance we're going in comes out onto the road that follows Lake Mead. You can turn right out of the park and take that road all the way into Henderson. We used that route back to Vegas last year, and were planning on entering the VoF that way this year, but apparently, the Lake Mead Recreation Area now has booths up to charge you for using the road, so we're planning on just going back on I15.
If you have to be in Henderson at a particular time, take I15, then take I93 to Henderson. It should take about 15 mins to get from the park entrance back to I15, then it should be about a 30-45 minute drive to Henderson.
