Juat installed a set last week

T-Boy,

I just installed a set last weekend and like you I couldn't find a local retailer to get them from. I ordered mine from Coopersport.ca (because I live in Canada), but nearly all of the vendors in the NAM directory carry these pads. I would suggest checking them out, comparing prices and ordering on-line.

As for performance, I like em! I've got white wheels (soon to be re-installed) that I'm looking forward to keeping cleaner.

Thanks for the reply. My (my Lady's) Mini also has white wheels and that is why i'm going to throw some green stuff on there. I can't stand how the stock pads turn the white wheels black only a few miles after wash. Only issue is i need them asap. That's also why I wanted to see if anyone local (performance shops) might have them. In anycase thanks, it's starting to look like i'm just going to have to order tham.

I got my EBC greens from www.autopartswarehouse.com . Full set for $142. Cheapest I found. I would like to buy items from our sponsors but ALL the prices they throw out are astronomical. I bargain shop for the lowest price. I never pay MSRP for anything. Anyways, the EBC greens have only lasted me 9,000 miles and they are toast. At first I thought I had a RR dragging caliper with the OEM pads but my EBC's are worn evenly all around. Must be my driving style. Oh, BTW....brake dust is a little better with the EBC's but they still shed A LOT.

I ended up driving over to NOPI and buying some Axxis ULT pads. I heard they're pretty good pads. I personally didn't like the green stuff on my car as they fade very easliy....My car is also a pig. But i figured the mini is light and all my girl is worried about is the brake dust. I guess I'll give these Axxis pads a shot and see how they work.

Sure, I borke them in like the instructions said to. I notice a lot less dust, haven't noticed any squeeking, and don't fade. I was stomping the brake from 60-0 then 80-0, then 100-0 (closed course of course) back to back with no cool down time (cool down time=time it took me to get to speed). I like'em and will give a . I was kinda worried at first because they weren't Chamfered like the green stuff, but i have yet to get any squeeks. I girl like'em because a lot less dust on the white wheels, she also said the car seems to stop with less effort on the pedal. Thats all she cared about LOL. I say its better then the green stuff.....also ended up being cheaper too.

Cool, sounds good. I like NOPI, and they have good pricing too, so I will throw those pads in the mix when I'm ready to buy. Thanks
