Who's got pics of gray/black leatherette seats?
Who's got any pics of the gray/black leatherette combo on sports seats.. especially in a convertible?
I'm considering it for a Pepper White/Black Convertible order...

yes.. I'm thinking of those in a PW/B MCSC with anthacite & chromline interior.. I was thinking the gray leatherette pics up on the remaining silver bits.... or should I go all-black leatherette??? oi, decisions..
also of note... if you get rubber floor mats, the grey look WAY better with that combo than black

I have the gray/black leatherette, and I love it!
I opted for the silver interior over the anthracite or patina, mainly so the dash would match the rest of the trim that is always silver. The downtubes, steering wheel centers, tach (in some cases), ebrake, speakers, etc. are always silver no matter what color dash you get. With the gray/black seats, the silver bits, and the silver dash, I feel like it all looks coordinated.
I have since retrofitted the chromeline interior into my car, and since there's already chrome in there now (door pulls, glove pull, toggle switches, shift ****, ebrake tip) it doesn't add a new element, it just re-distributes it. I love the way it looks!

prior to chromeline interior...
Clearly it looks stunning with Silver, Dark Silver, Blue.. and also pics up on the silver interior bits, certainly no issue in a tintop... I'm just concerned I won't like the cool gray leatherette with the creamy tone of PW on a convertible
.. so I've basically chickened out
and gone all-black leatherette :impatient
I still want to see pics of SaltnPepper's cabrio tho...

Hey Bartmack, already thinking about MINI #4?
You got me beat! I remember when you told me that "Three was enough"
The grey/black leatherette seats are very nice and was tempted to get them in my '05 MCS along with the Chili Red dashboard, but same as you, chickened out at the last minute and went with all black leatherette seats and anthracite dash trim.
Love it!

Here is a hardtop (BoCron's) with PW/B and anthracite with coco mats.
My Mel is PW/PW with the grey leatherette. Although I love it, recommending the same combo to others is a double-edged sword - each time someone else gets it, mine is a little less unique!
IMHO, every MINI convertible should have multi-color upholstery. With the top down it is so much more dramatic than a bland single-color.
