Navigation & Audio Aftermarket CD/MP3/WMA CD-Changer
hey,
i was wonderin if anyone knows of a good aftermarket CD/MP3/WMA CD-Changer. this would be great cuz you would be able to fit about 5000 songs on 8-cds, so u could just put all of them into about 8 cd's. does anoyne know of this type of CD Players, that plays WMA, because WMA are smaller and better quality, so you could fit more on one cd. also if you find one, what kind of head would u need to get??

5000 songs...I have trouble remembering which CD's I have in my 6 CD changer...lol... I'd be a mess with 5000... I have a 200 CD changer on my home audio system and thank heavens it has CDDB internet interface and computer data base that keeps it organized and I still have trouble remembering what I have... who knows, maybe it's just my ADHD...

I currently have a Dension USA Unit.
I have the first replacement head unit MP3 combo for the Mini. It is a fully PC mobile rack compatible MP3 player. I can use it in my car and my home.
I currentlly have a 20 gig hard drive. But, I can change this to a bigger hard drive anytime.

From Dension-
The price on the unit is far one of the cheapest in the market, compared to
the other CarMP3 player products. $350 may seems like a lot of money, and it
does not include the Hard Drive in the price, but when you say, that a Full
BMW package will cost you around $600 with Hard Drive, and it will work as
our factory BMW CD changer would - which by the way cost $1500, you can say
that this little unit is in a pretty good price range.
Also when the "BMW PACKGAGE-DMP3" player is connected to a factory BMW
radio, you can control it with the CD changer control buttons!
The system you currently have in your car (In my Mini) will LIST a little under $700.
That includes the DH 101 head unit, and the DMP3 player in metal case with a
20G Hard Drive. Exact pricing will be available on the new system around the
end of this month...
Hope this helps.
