I just got my BFP scoops today, and instead of the plastic clips on the factory vent, they have two screws. With the screws in place, they do not fit on correctly. Am I supposed to take them off, place the scoop in, and then use the screws to hold it there? That's going to be fun because A) there's a long way for them to fall if I drop them, and b) it's friggin tight in there.

Anyone have them? Same thing for you? I'm a little peeved, as the grill on one of them is missing a bit on the corner. I'll post pics later.

 

You got it! They are royal pain to install . I put them in once and removed them after a bit and they have sat on the shelf because they are so hard to get in.

 

I just used mine as the snaps...like screw side in first then press on the other side....I forget honestly....it's been so long...but I never too the screws out
